We can offer a refund or credit if the following situation were to occur with your order:
Incorrect products delivered
Damaged or missing products
Poor quality or missing ingredients
Delivery errors out of the customer’s control
Please note that refunds will not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind.
ELMOS food box may request photographs as part of your refund request.
If the above occurs with your order please contact us using your order reference at email@example.com.
You must notify ELMOS food box by email 24 hours of the delivery being made.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items.
Please allow up to 10 working days to process your refund.

Please pack the item/items securely in the original packaging that was provided. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.
No Cancellations up to 2 working days prior to your delivery.
In order to create your ELMOS food box each week our team starts sourcing immediately after orders lock. Once the ingredients for your bag have started to be sourced, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.
