Turn your oven on to its highest bake setting and let it preheat thoroughly for best effect (preheat at 250 degrees or maximum power). If you have a pizza stone, heat it together with your oven but if you don’t, preheat the underside of a baking tray to mimic the same effect. You will need some olive oil and salt from your pantry for this menu.

  • Antipasti plate of burrata, olives, prosciutto and mortadella

  • Foccacia al romarino

  • Rocket, pear and parmesan salad with Balsamic vinaigrette

  • Vinnie’s Pizza - Choose any x2 from the following

    • Margherita | San Marzano, Buffalo mozzarella, basil

    • Maiala | San Marzano, fior di latte, hot salame, Italian ham, parmesan

    • Capricciosa | San Marzano, fior di latte, Italian ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives

    • Vegetariana | San Marzano, fior di latte, olives, mushrooms, grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant, Spanish onions

    • Gamberi | San Marzano, fior di latte, wild prawns, fresh chilli

  • Chocolate Mousse
